Dr. Scott Pouyat completed his undergraduate work at Villanova University and his graduate work at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon completion of his graduate work, Dr. Pouyat did externships at the Joslin Diabetes Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and the Omni Eye Services of Atlanta.
Dr. Pouyat has extensive ocular disease and post surgical experience including co-management of diabetic, hypertensive, post-cataract, post-refractive surgery and glaucoma patients. He has also been extremely successful with his contact lens patients such as high astigmatism patients, bifocal, dry eye patients and previous contact lens failure patients.
